What is Awaken?
Awaken is a tool for the journey. An all natural herbal inhaler intended to enhance your breath work.
As you take a breath in through your nose it allows you to connect and feel each inhale/exhale magnifying your breath work.
Every journey starts with your breath.
Breath Work
There are many ways you can use the Awaken herbal inhaler. Here is just one suggestion to start with:
Bring the inhaler to your nose. Take a deep breath and follow the 4-7-8 Breathing Exercise:
- Breath in for 4 seconds
- Hold breath for 7 seconds
- Breath out for 8 seconds
- Repeat 4 times
